VIKTORIA MODESTA Is a musical collaboration between singer / songwriter Viktoria Modesta & musician / producer Nik Hodges - formed in 2009. All tracks have been written and produced by Viktoria and Nik, Their unique sound evokes contrasting tastes such as the sultry electro sophistication of Goldfrapp & Portishead, the rock pop attitude of Gwen Stefani's No Doubt, the sexy urban edge of Rihanna & M.I.A, and even the raw rock n roll swagger of a female Elvis!
Performing live Viktoria becomes a captivating showgirl and electro fashion diva, with magnetic stage presence, strong eccentric vocals and glamorous star quality. Early showcases have included Torture Garden at London's largest club venue SeOne, super trendy Fashionista at Punk, headlining at the sumptuous Cafe De Paris, and musical finale at The Freemasons Hall during London Fashion Week.
The project is already gathering an exciting amount of attention from the music industry with great reviews from MUSIC WEEK (Jane Bond has been featued on MUSIC WEEK playlist) , BRAND AMP, KISMET and BIZARRE. Her appearance _ London Fashion Week generated an amazing response after she performed an adapted version of SATELLITE, live as a finale of ZIAD GHANEM & FIRETRAP's fashion show at The Freemasons Hall - Vauxhall Fahion Scout, stealing the show wearing a white couture gown.
